Terms of Service
Last updated 5 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Razar. By creating an account or taking bookings through us, you agree to them.
What we provide
Razar gives you a public page where customers can see what you offer, book time with you, and pay you. We provide the software. The business, the work, and the relationship with your customers are yours.
Your account
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in secure.
- The information you publish must be accurate, and yours to publish.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Bookings and cancellations
A booking made through Razar is an agreement between you and your customer, not with us. You set your hours, your slot length, and your cancellation notice period, and those settings decide what customers can do. We send confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices on your behalf.
We show availability as accurately as we can, but scheduling depends on services outside our control — calendar providers, email, and networks. We are not liable for a booking that is missed, duplicated, or shown incorrectly because of a failure in those services.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We deduct a platform fee from transactions, shown to you before you take payments. Refunds and disputes with your customers are yours to resolve.
Acceptable use
You may not use Razar to:
- break the law, or help anyone else to
- sell what you are not permitted to sell
- impersonate another person or business
- send unsolicited bulk messages through our notifications
- attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service
We may suspend an account that does any of these.
Your content
What you publish stays yours. You give us permission to host and display it so the service can work — showing your booking page to your customers, and sending your details in the confirmations they receive. That permission ends when you remove the content or close your account.
Ending it
You may stop using Razar at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or wind the service down with reasonable notice. On closure you can export your bookings; we delete calendar tokens immediately.
The legal minimum
The service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires and does not permit us to exclude. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Razar is operated by Satya Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Florida document number L26000350519). These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Still to confirm with counsel:the registered address to publish here, and the venue and dispute-resolution clause. The entity and governing law above come from the company's formation documents; the rest of this page is a working draft, not legal advice.
Changes and contact
We will tell you before these terms change in a way that materially affects you. Questions go to support@razar.one. See also our Privacy Policy.
